To ensure the safety and integrity of your laundry, we kindly ask all customers to review and adhere to the following policy

• Cancel Fee: $20 Cancel fee for no show or cancelling 5 hours from pickup time

• Belongings Left in Laundry: Customers are responsible for checking all garments and laundry items before pick up. We are not liable for any personal items left in clothing.

• Sharp Objects: For the safety of our staff and the protection of your clothing, please remove all sharp objects such as pins, needles, scissors, or tools prior to pick up. These items can cause damage during the cleaning process and may pose a safety hazard.

• Final Payment
After weighing your laundry and adding any extras, the remaining balance will be charged automatically to your saved payment method.

• Other Items to Remove: Please ensure all non-laundry items, such as pens, lighters, batteries, or makeup products, are removed from pockets and bags. These can leak or cause damage to both your items and our equipment.

When arriving at your pickup location during your scheduled time window.

Your laundry will be weighed, additional charges (for name-brand detergents) will be applied, if requested. The remaining balance will be charged accordingly.You will receive an email confirmation when your laundry is picked up, processed, and ready for drop-off.

Any scheduled pickups canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $25 cancellation fee. A $25 fee will also apply in cases of no-shows or failure to respond upon arrival.
